this year was really really enjoyable for all of us!!

now that we are preparing for SYF next year....
i really hope that everyone will put in their very best and we will strive forward tgt as a section!!

what mr lun say to us is very impt to us. and what ms chong say during main band is oso very very impt to us. we have to be able to listen out more to each other and improve our intonation. we sound very horrible now...with like notes flying everywhere and it really sounds like crap.
i hope everyone will take syf next year very seriously. you guys have no idea how hard the seniors are working and the stress that we have. by putting in your best effort and doing your best is all i want from you guys now ): can you guys help me with that? :(

but at the same time, i want you guys to enjoy the process. the results are indeed impt...but process is much much more precious and usually its the process that we will rmb for life. im going to be very strict on you guys, but i hope that no one will have any harsh feelings. band is band. when its time to play we will play hard. if you guys have anything that you wanna feedback to us just feel free to come approach me:D but seriously band is gonna be very tough for you guys. im gonna be alot stricter. im sorry if in the process i hurt any of you...but what i eventually want from all of you is for everyone to enjoy band and we improve tgt as a section:)

hmmm hopefully you guys can try to understand how stressful i feel and all i want is you guys to play your best. really. i will be very very thankful to you guys:D
