please treat them with more respect.
there must be a balance between bonding and respecting your seniors k.

hmm me and rachel's journey in nycb has ended.
both of us had been under different kinds of leadership from sec1 till now.
we've seen the gap between seniors and juniors close up.
haha. but at the same time, we hope that discipline still exist in the section. xD
